Fees
Our transcription services are very competitively priced. We charge by the word, as this is a more accurate measure of the amount of labor involved in transcription. Our "word count" does not include spaces, non-printed symbols, or tabs.
Our fees start at $19 per 1000 words. Local courier service is available for $1 per mile.
Should you have some specific transcription, letter, or report requirements, we will gladly discuss your needs and work out an agreeable fee. We offer a personalized service, so we are able to meet more than "cookie cutter" needs. We assign specific transcriptionists to each client so you get individual, personal, and expedient service.
We store repetitious paragraphs, forms and addresses so you do no need to repeat standard information. For example, complete and normal physical exams are stored paragraphs and you need to dictate only the variables. Addresses in the King, Snohomish, Pierce, Kitsap, Thurston and Mason County Medical Rosters or addresses frequently used in previous dictations do not need to be re-dictated.
