Lanier Phone-in System
Dictate your reports any time of the day or night and know that we have them the moment they are dictated. With this system we return the transcriptions within 24 hours. (Faster turn around if desired.)
Dictation Tape System
You can dictate at your convenience on your tapes or on our Lanier phone-in dictation system. We have courier service available to pick up your tapes.
Upload to Our FTP Site From Anywhere
Geography is not an issue with our FTP site. Dictation can be received from anywhere in the world at any time with the use of a digital recorder.
Transcription return
Your transcriptions can be returned by fax, mail, e-mail, or courier as needed. Turn around time is usually within 24 hours, but arrangements can be made for faster response if required.
Document Storage
All documents are stored for six months unless otherwise requested.
Courier Service
Our courier will pick up and deliver to your office at regularly scheduled times as determined by you.
